Midnight Diamond

What is the Midnight Diamond? Since 2021, the Midnight Critics Circle has awarded one underappreciated film a year with this honor. The Midnight Diamond is an award to recognize underappreciated but quality films that are looked down upon and mocked due to their less serious nature. Cinema doesn't solely consist of artistic films made with technical prowess, or somber dramas with thought-provoking dialogue. Cinema can also be entertainment, and to ignore that is to ignore thousands of cinematic achievements.
